By accessing and using VisioncarePro: Rx Lens & Frame (the "App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

VisioncarePro: Rx Lens & Frame is a Shopify application that provides prescription lens and frame configuration services for e-commerce stores. The App allows merchants to offer customizable prescription eyewear options to their customers.

User Accounts and Registration

Account Creation

Termination

Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by uninstalling the App from your Shopify store.

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of US, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the App interface.
